MCO Disney Transportation monitors all inbound flights to MCO in real time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, there is no extra charge for standard delays — we automatically adjust your pickup timing.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than one hour, please notify us via text or WhatsApp at 407-435-9720. We will coordinate your updated arrival as efficiently as possible and do everything we can to accommodate your new schedule.

Yes. In addition to Orlando International Airport (MCO), we provide private transfers from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) to Disney World, Universal Studios, Port Canaveral, and all major Orlando destinations.

SFB is approximately 45 minutes north of Disney World. Our fixed rates from SFB start from $190 per vehicle. See our full Rates page for all SFB pricing.

We recommend scheduling your departure pickup at least 3 hours before your domestic flight and 3.5–4 hours before an international flight. The drive from Disney World to MCO typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on traffic.

Your driver will arrive at your resort or hotel at the scheduled time. We account for check-in luggage and TSA screening time in our scheduling recommendations.

Yes! A 15-minute grocery stop at Publix Lake Cay Commons is available as a convenient add-on for just $25. This is one of our most popular options, especially for families staying in Disney Vacation Club villas or vacation rentals with kitchen facilities.

Yes — and we reward you for it. Round-trip bookings receive a 10% discount off the combined one-way total. Book both your arrival transfer from MCO and your departure transfer back to the airport in one go and the discount is applied automatically.

Port Canaveral is approximately 60–75 miles east of Orlando. Drive time is typically 50–70 minutes depending on your pickup location and traffic conditions.

We recommend booking your transfer to arrive at the terminal at least 2 hours before your ship's departure to allow time for check-in and boarding.

Yes. We provide return transfers from Port Canaveral back to MCO Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, and any Orlando area hotel. Your driver will monitor cruise disembarkation and be ready when you arrive at the terminal exit.

Yes. MCO Disney Transportation provides sanitized, certified car seats and booster seats at no additional charge for all ages. Our drivers will install them for your convenience ahead of your arrival.

Yes. All MCO Disney Transportation drivers pass thorough background checks prior to employment and are fully licensed to operate commercial passenger vehicles in the state of Florida.

MCO Disney Transportation, operated by Orange Tours and Transportation, is fully licensed and insured as a transportation provider. All vehicles carry appropriate commercial insurance coverage.

Every MCO Disney Transportation vehicle is cleaned and inspected before each trip. We maintain a late-model fleet of premium vehicles — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and SUVs — that are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest safety standards.
